The Support Engineer is a member of a large international organization entrusted with serving as a technical resource to assist our clients in solving urgent cases. Customer satisfaction and good experience are crucial and at the heart of supporting engineering’s everyday efforts. The health of ServiceNow and the success of our clients depend on the effectiveness of our support engineers.
The support engineer in this position deals with technical issues raised by clients who need assistance in comprehending or resolving unexpected behaviors or in finding technical solutions pertaining to the ServiceNow platform and applications.
A successful candidate will be dedicated to offering exceptional customer support experiences, using abilities such as establishing rapport, demonstrating empathy, and having excellent communication to address inquiries from customers and find solutions to problems via a variety of technologies, including web, chat, email, case updates, and direct telephone support.
Having a thorough understanding of the ServiceNow platform and all core features will be crucial when using various diagnostic tools to identify the possible root of the problem. The engineer is required to work diligently to handle and solve any difficult problems that are given to them, although in more complicated situations, they may need to organize support from other teams. As a result, your ability to solve problems creatively, work well with others, and be flexible will be crucial to your success.
